This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (06/12/2012) The seller believes this might be a Traveller, but Dan points out the following:
1. It’s a ’56 and Travellers were made 1960-1964 (to the best of his knowledge).
2. It has the polygon rear fender openings of a wagon, not the curved of a Delviery that Travellers and Parkways were made from.
3. It has the low roof, not the high roof.

“1962 Jeep Willy’s Wagon with L6-226 Hurricane. Body is in good condition with only some minor paint damage wear on the roof, hood and front fender and some damage (dent that runs nearly across the width of the roof) -pictures of both included. Mechanically, the wagon is in good shape.
This Jeep has been garaged for the past 9 years or so and up until last year, was driven a few times per year on sunny Seattle days. It ran until about 3 months ago when the starter, starter solenoid or battery need work.”

“1951 Willys Overland Jeep 2 wheel drive wagon, original 4 cly F Head, 3 speed with O/D (working) rewired to 12 volt. TONS of new parts, new paint and the rear body is all wood grained….needs minor finishing and runs great! Trade for another collector car 1946-1961 Packard, Plymouth Ford etc….”

Saturn OD. 4:88 posi front and rear. Model 18 transfer case with heavy duty upgrades(bigger shaft and tapered roller bearings). Hydraulic clutch w/ McCloud blowshield and hydraulic throughout bearing. Full floating rear axle w/locking hubs at all 4 wheels. Original Ramsey Winch and fairlead. Brand new PTO and PTO/OD adapter, never used. 10″ lift. Front spring perches and shackles reversed. Many more mods. More mods. Too much to list. Serious inquiries only. One owner since 1977. Not interested in trades or shooting the breeze. Don’t waste my time. I don’t have any.”

“This is a 1955 Willys Overland-Wagon !!! It has a 327 Chevy Engine, Edelbrock High Rise Manifold and 4 Barrel Carburetor, and has a 350 Automatic Transmission. As you can see the body is in very good shape, and Interior is Good. The Engine runs and has a new water and fuel pump, plugs, wire’s and coil. New Exhaust, New Tires and Rear End. These vehicles were built from 1946 to 1965 and there were only something like 300,000 built. They were used for both Military and Civilian uses. True Odometer Mileage Unknown.”

“1954 Willies Jeep Wagon 4 wheel drive. 3 speed automatic on the floor. 350 Chevy engine. Odometer reads approx. 66,000 not sure if this is correct, nice garage find. Brand new 31″ tires, less than 5 miles on them. Some Minor surface rust, chrome intact and beautiful. Can be an everyday driver or a easy restoration project for someone. Can drive it home, a must see to believe. I am sure first to see it will buy it. Don’t let this deal pass you by.”
