Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is for a running and registered 1962 Willys Station Wagon. It has a rebuilt 232 amc motor (I have the rebuilders tag) a Weber carb. It has a T18 4spd trans low mileage tires decent seats (I have all 4) wood strips for the rear floor. Extra drivers door and hood. Lots of spare parts. I would be willing to trade for a cj 2, 3a or cj5 running is not that important a good body and frame is.. I’m selling this because I lost interest. I have more experience with cjs so am willing to trade. It could use some body work only bad rust is the drivers door. Needs a paint job.”

This is a Willys owned by only 3 people. Bought brand-new in Bozeman in 1961. Rebuilt flathead Hurricane 6-cylinder in 1993. Low miles since. Custom built flyrod reel holders.

“Runs well, body rough, frame good. Plow has hydraulic leak. New brakes including master cylinder. Good running gear. I have been plowing with it for the past three years, always starts and runs like a tank. I have a new home with a very short driveway, making a snow-blower a more practical choice. ’63 Willys Wagon
50k original miles on the body. Has a Chevy Nova front clip graft and frame has been aligned at a frame shop. Chevy Nova 10 bolt rear axle.
Low mile LT1/4L60E 2wd setup goes with it but, not installed. I have extra sheet metal that I will let go with it also. Have a new front suspension rebuild kit and aftermarket wiring harness also.

Front and rear Dana 60’s
front is a Chevy kingpin axle. Dis-assembled. Housing has been sandblasted and primed. Has brand new SRW hubs and rotors.
rear is all stock and outt of a 70’s Dodge. They were gonna go in the Scrambler.

Jeep Comanche bed and frame with fiberglas topper.
I was gonna make a sweet trailer to tow behind my XJ but, sold the XJ and so, really don’t need it. It does not yet have a tongue or hitch on it. Still has the Dna 35 under it but for full price I will throw in a trailer axle with 5 x 4.5 BP to match the Jeep.
