“1964 Jeep Willy’s. It is a 350 V-8 Cruiser. Clean title in hand. Could not make it to the swap meet, will consider offers. This is a very nice build and fun car. Complete renovation (not a 4×4) 700 R4 automatic transmission newly rebuilt. New crate chevy engine with Holly 590 carb. New brakes, disc front/drum rear. New shocks, tires, wheels torsion bars, and most new glass. Flowmaster dual exhaust. All new upholstery and carpet, steering column and steering wheel and automatic shift kit. Paint by Rhody Hayes. Less than 2,900 miles on complete rebuild. New stereo, Kenwood. This is a really fun car to drive and is an eye-catcher. Everything works fine and is a quality build. Lots of parts newly chromed. Looking to sell soon. Call ”

James spotted this build. Wow, what a price!

“1961 Willys Jeep Wagon: 4 years for a complete body off frame restoration. Approximately 189 miles since completion.
New upholstery, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes (disc front-drum rear). All bright metal trim, bumpers, wheels, steps and seat frames power coated satin black. New paint, weather seals, rubber body mounts, window trim, wiper drive system and wiring. New Michelin 245/75r/15 tires mounted on stock factory wheels.
Installed all new or rebuilt running gear parts off 1982 and 1987 TOYOTA four-wheel drive pick-up trucks. 22R motor, Weber carburetor, 2 ½ inch stainless steel exhaust and Flo Master muffler, 4-wheel drive transfer case, 5 speed, standard shift, transmission with over-drive in 5th gear, all new shock absorbers and stabilizer bars.
Buyer, at his expense, will be responsible for making all shipping arrangements of vehicle to his selected designation.
Additional pictures of the restoration project are available on a CD disc for $10.00 plus postage, and will be fully refundable if the vehicle is purchased.
Purchase price: $57,700, or best reasonable offer”
