About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Original WW2 photo (3.3 x 2.25 inches), slightly curled from age. No writing on the back. The sign reads “Here lies the body of G.I. Joe – He broke his neck while on the go – His nickname was ‘Speedy’ his last name Burney – He’s had it, brothers – His Sentimental Journey”.”
I can imagine the seller put time and money into this rig.
“1961 Willys Jeep Pickup truck. Restoration began with a near perfect rust free vehicle. Project was finished more than 20 years ago. Only 11,784 miles were ever put on the truck. And that was occasional driving for the first 3 years. Mostly to and from cars shows, truck shows, and parades. Then it went into storage for a few years. And for the last several years, it’s been parked under a shed. Time for a new owner.
Up for sale is a 1952 Willys CJ3A serial #31961 that is finished as an MB style WWII Army military Jeep. This jeep is ready to be driven and can be enjoyed today. It is great in parades, errands, and road trips. . You get lots of looks and high fives. This is a Fun Jeep! I take good sound jeeps, fix and upgrade where it needs it, and finish them to military. This Willys is street legal and safe with clear Kansas title, left and right blinkers, tail lights, headlights, olive drab seat belts, and brake lights. The blinkers and seat belts have been added to increase the safety of the vehicle, especially when driving the grandkids around.
“Multiple project frames, body, engines, transmissions, axles, wheels, miscellaneous parts for MB and CJ2.Make me an offer on individual bits or come haul it all away. My interests have moved on. Would like to part with these hard to come by original components to clear out shop space and clutter, did I mention MAKE ME AN OFFER! All will be considered.”
