About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“M38 military Jeep, same owner 19 years, it had a full mechanical restoration 12 years ago, I have the old parts that were swapped out. It has been sitting 7 years. It will be pretty easy to get it going again. It has a very sold body and frame, pretty amazing actually. It was converted to a 12v system”
Here’s Lee Majors and Farrah Fawcett driving across dunes in an EMPI (the movie is mentioned in the description). The seller does not imply that his EMPI is the one shown in the video.

“I have a 1948 Willys Jeep for sale. It’s a 4×4 and can’t goes through anything. Tires are brand new and runs and drives. Lots of new parts on it and just got tuned up. Freshly painted. Comes with gas can and flag.
I’ve had it at my deer lease and love it. Only selling because I have now have a smaller deer lease and don’t use it. It runs and drives great and I can send a video of me driving up a rocky hill from this week.
The only bad thing is the brakes are giving me trouble right now and don’t always work. Not sure what’s wrong but brakes are very affordable and easy to work on. I just haven’t had time to mess with it. Also it does not have a title because they were military issued. But comes with bill of sale and can get title easily.”
(01/15/2019) This appears to have M-38 like tool indents on the passenger side, but a CJ parking brake and no dash glove box. Maybe it’s a replacement tub??
Lots of mods to his, including a custom windshield mounting strategy (can’t quite tell how it is secured in place.
