About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1972 CJ-6 232 I6 New Gas tank, new exhaust, new Warn Hubs Had Dark Horse go through it all. Hard to come by set top. Have the doors also Only know issue is the exhaust manifold leaks, other than that it runs and drives good Toyo 33×10.50 Tires with steel wheels. Tub is great”
“This is an all-steel vintage Koenig hard top and doors for an early CJ5. I bought this hard top set a couple of years ago (?) with the grandest and noblest of intentions of restoring and modifying it to fit my 1974 CJ5. Spoiler Alert: I haven’t touched it and I’m not going to. I don’t know what year exactly, but the doors won’t fit my ’74 without modifying the hinges, as they won’t align. (See last photo) Most of the glass is there, but it needs a full restoration. These are getting harder and harder to find that haven’t completely rotted away or lost all of it’s glass.”
“134 cu in L head (flathead) out of a 1948 CJ2A. The motor is disassembled and has been checked out by a machine shop. The bore is currently .060 over, crank mains are .030 and the rod journals are .010. The block and head have been dipped and painted. I took two motors to the machine shop and had them pick the best parts to rebuild one motor. The leftovers are all usable. Motor still has to be rebuilt. Motor block with head, crank, cam and piston rods, oil pan, flywheel, manifolds, water pump, fan, and what you see in the picture.May trade, need a Weber carburetor.”
This is my first time seeing a Perfect Jeep and Parts Company catalog. As best as I can uncover, the company was owned by Bernard S. Forman, who, as owner, copyrighted the name and catalog in 1956. It may have been this Bernie who used to live in Chicago and died last year.
This brochure and the company’s location seems to have been pretty close to Berg’s, so they must have been direct competitors. This brochure has 23 pages and is not in good shape.
“1949 Jeepster Convertible with a 4cyl engine with overdrive. Overall nice condition, good paint and no rust. Top and interior are in very good condition. Needs side curtain repair. Starts and drive well. Price is negotiable.”
“Selling my 52 Willys Jeep Hot Rod. This quick little machine comes with a solid 4.3 Chevy, Mustang front end suspension, and many customizations (you will see by the photos). If you’re looking for something extremely unique look no further. This should sell quick over the 4th weekend so no low ball offers.”
