About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Gayland shared this photo of two FCs and a CJ-3B amongst some “full-size” jeeps. I don’t know if they are parts vehicle or for sale or even how recent the image is. It might be these folks: https://www.jeepheritage.com/
“1979 Jeep DJ5G mail jeep This jeep runs and has the original 258 (4.2) motor in it. New starter and fuel pump The rear end is a Dana 44 axle The jeep is drivable, but does leak some transmission fluid. The gaskets on the 727 transmission are easy to replace, but I have too many projects, so this one has to go and I havent had time to work on it. Since this was an old mail jeep, it is right hand drive”
“Old school, American built, Kimball Jeep Hauler. Starts right up and goes! Loud, bumpy, not going to win any races, but a cool ride for your property here in VC. Recently tuned up, brakes are almost too good, tires hold air but will need help in the future or sprayed inside w a sealer. open to trade for other toys?? Call/text if interested, Sorry but I won’t be checking questions on here often in case you want a fast response. thanks.

“42 military jeep with updated 1953 hurricane engine(CJ3B F134). Good restoration project since all sheet metal is repairable. Engine ran great before storage and turns freely. All parts stored dry. Has clear title.
Need to reduce my restoration projects. No odometer so had to post random #”
“1947 Jeep Willys, needs work. Ran last time I tried to start it. Clutch is seized. Has an 80s Buick 3.8L v6 with a Saginaw 4speed manual transmission. T18 transfercase. I have a bunch of stuff for it. Need money and room so make an offer”
“Rough shape, NO Title, NO BRAKES, but does start, run and plow… Has the newer F-Head 4 cyl. engine, 3 spd trans, has a different gas tank mounted behind the front seats… Being offered as an off road plow for driveway, camp or parts…”
“Front bumper is mint, as is tailgate and all compartment doors and glove box. Hood is original with shovel brackets and straps. Air cleaner is original. There is sand built up along with some type of oil added to the under side of this M170. All hat channels are 100 percent rust free as are the floor pans and cross members. This Jeep is almost 100 % sound as far as frame and sheet metal goes. Ran great with carb leaking. Found the bowl was leaking and tried to rebuild carb, now it runs rough, but I have another carb to try.
“Old steel top and doors for Willys jeep or Ford gpv. Has some glass missing. It won’t fit mine because it has square back bottom corners and my top edge has a radius. Very solid and perfect for a restored 1/4 ton or your old plow jeep even.($225) I also have a set of soft doors, good frames, canvas is worn but usable as templates.($80) local cash deal only. No help needed. Can measure of needed.Text is best. Thanks.”
