About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“For sale is an extremely clean 1958 Jeep Willys CJ3B. This vehicle is a project, but is close to being finished. I was planning on building it this winter but I bought a new snowmobile and no longer have the funds to finish it. I am not in a hurry to sell and if I do not get a good offer I will hold on to it until I have funds to finish it. I will entertain trades for a 4×4 cummins or 7.3, backhoe or tractor, camper, tacoma or tundra or partial trades. If you have other trades in mind let me know, worst I can say is no. Cash is king. “These hubs were found on the shelf of an old jeep dealer, the one seems to work fine when tested on the bench, the other has some spline damage where it slides over the axle.”
“Frame off restoration is being completed how and is almost ready for paint. Fame and rear ends were media blasted then epoxy coated as well as some minor frame repair. Almost everything from the axles up is new or rebuilt. 330 hours on rebuilt engine, transmission and transfer case. All new springs, entire body, so no rust to come to combat in the near future. All new parts to put the jeep back together. The list of parts is almost endless.
I have not painted it because someone may want a different color than what I was going to paint it. It will be in gray primer. Also the body will be removed from the frame so it is ready to paint. If I paint it and reassemble the entire thing the price will be going up. I have all receipts for the motor work, transmission part, transfer case parts and current body work that will go with the jeep. Continue reading →
