These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1951 Willys Kaiser flat fender, ran 5 years ago mostly original, has parts to add a PTO, extra tailgate, extra gas tank, extra tires, flat head four cylinder 3 speed manual transmission and high/low, 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive transfer case, vintage nos side steps, and rare original rear seat. I got it to start but needs a carb kit”

The engine is original and has already been rebuilt and restored to excellent condition. The transmission has not been rebuilt because it is already in good condition. “1950s Willy’s Jeep. This Jeep has almost all of its original body parts and all of it original drivetrain besides the motor. It also has both front bucket seats and the frame for the original rag top including the frames for the rag doors. The floors are rusted along with the rockers. This Jeep would make a great parts Car or make a cool rat rod.”
