About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“I’m parting out my project. I lengthened the tub about 3″ at the door frame. This tub is actually kinda rare. It’s civilian but has the shovel and axe dents in the drivers side and a few other unique things. I have other parts on it for sale also. Not a lot of original parts though.”
“Pretty neat CJ-2A Willy’s Jeep. I get into a conversation every time I drive it. I wanted to keep the Patina look but clean up the inside along with reliability with this truck. Registered as a 1949 Cj-2A Jeep Willy’s. I have a transferable registration. There is no title but I have a NYS transferable registration. This has been a joy to own and drive. Has a few thousand $ in new parts. (Have most of the receipts) All fluids changed within 4 months. Diff, trans, engine, coolant, transfer. All new wiring around, starter, battery, headlights, blinkers, tail lights, etc. carb adjustment, Bell crank rebuild. 140 thermometer, Newer shock’s, fuel lines. More and more parts to add. Could use a new fly wheel gear/ brake work.. Comes with a bin of old and new parts. This has the Kaiser supersonic engine and head. Body is alright. Some patches on it. 3 speed. 4cyl Jeep. Has been a fun summer with it. Let me know of any questions. Let’s make something work. Not to interested in trades.”

“PE-95-F motor generator with Willys L134 engine. 17 hours on the meter. The oil in the crankcase is clean and clear. I have not tried to start it. It uses a 6 volt battery for starting and running. The generator is an Onan 10kw and very heavy. My plan was to use the engine for a jeep project but it might have a better purpose for someone else. A website: radionerds.com has the army technical manual (TM 11-904) for it”
