(10/19/2018) “Its finally time to let this one go. I’ve owned it for 7 years. The body is in excellent condition. It drives and runs great. I have a top to go with it also. This Jeep has had the 2.0 engine conversion put into it prior to my purchase. All the axles, transmission and transfer case is original.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8500.
(10/24/2018) This appears to have some dents and dings, but looks pretty stock and solid. It’s supposed to have lockers.

Colin shared the news that the Coker Group (makers of vintage tires) has been sold to the Wade Kawasaki/Capital Investment group partnership. Coker has been run by Wade Kawasaki for last five years. Under him, the company has seen five years of consecutive growth, so I’d expect to see the company continue in its current form.
TJ shared this hard-to-find GAZ for sale.

“For sale extremely rare condition 1966 Soviet Military SUV – GAZ-69A / UAZ-69A Comandor car
This legendary Soviet army off road vehicle very actively used in Vietnamese war, Arab-Israel wars, in African wars, etc.
This Jeeps were used in armies of East Germany, Romania, Albania, Czechoslovakia, China, North Korea, and more, and more… And they were in civilian using too.
I read, GAZ-69s were supplied in 56 countries (according to official data)
This well-maintained piece of of Iron Curtain military history, one that should run and serve as a great conversation starter.
