Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. In 1954 Aspen Ski Corporation’s Lift #1 broke during the ski season. In order to keep folks skiing, a road was plowed to the top of Aspen Mountain and townspeople ferried skiers for an entire week. According to the Aspen Journalism, thirty-five jeeps hauled 2,500 skiers, earning $1,109 in tips.
Among the people who organized the vent was Natalie Gignoux, who’d started the Little Percent Taxi Service using a jeep in 1950.

“Body has had the top cut off and the rear changed to add a rumble seat. Very well done . The fabrication that was done is excellent. Nice finish work. The body was then installed on a custom truck frame .Body work is nice and the paint is nice with real wood trim.. The rumble seat is easy to open and is very strong.
Drive train is a 350 chevy with a nice cam and hei ignition. All new aluminium radiator with new exhaust. Transmission is a turbo 350 that works fine. The rear end is a heavy duty truck rearend? Large tires are also nearly new.
