About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

(09/29/2016) “for sale 1962 Jeep truck FC 170 4×4, rare find, needs full restoration of use for parts, $800 firm, cash only in person, no shipping, no paypal, no title bill of sale will be provided.”
“Clean title in hand. VIN# (serial #) on title matches original badges. I also have the “arctic” package for this jeep, which includes the hardtop and full doors. Jeep is a 3 speed manual and has the PTO unit (to the rear). Sears Roebuck lockout hubs. The engine is an F-134 “Hurricane” (as I’ve determined from the identification numbers on the block). I was told the jeep had been issued to Minot AFB in North Dakota. As I am told, I am the 3rd titled owner from the US Military. After being sold publicly, this jeep ended up on a farm in Minnesota. I also have a copy of the original technical order (manual) as issued by the US Military. The frame appears to only have surface rust and is not compromised. The jeep runs and start on the first turn! It has been updated to a 12-volt system. Continue reading →
Peter Debella shared these two images from an old Sears Catalog he has. Not everyone remembers that Sears and Montomery Ward used to have Jeep-specific parts catalogs. These old catalogs are pretty interesting to look through. I’ve got both Sears and Montomery Ward Jeep parts catalogs and have added a couple more pics. Here are a few pages from our collections.
UPDATE: This sold for $175 on eBay. I was wrong about how high this would go!

The first jeep is a later model CJ-2A. Behind it and the band is a second jeep. I think there is a 3rd jeep way in the back. This is part of the Annual Festival of States Parade in St. Petersburg, Florida. The festival began in 1913. In 1958, the festival’s name was changed to Sunshine Festival, so I would guess this is an early 1950s parade.
“The photo(s) help to show the condition. MGK110379 {USAFloridaPinellas County} TK69 IT10. FINE PRINT. The item has no edge wear and very minor corner wear.”
Thanks to Ted for spotting this one. It’s got a Bobcat Fiberglass body. This still needs some work. It lacks an engine.
“If you like to tinker with cars and looking for a shop project this winter, look no further!
Perfect opportunity to finish building this unique, one of a kind vehicle for the streets or beach. Custom built fiberglass 2WD Jeep set up for small block Chev. 2A body style with full cage roll bar and leather bucket seats. Never driven and kept in secure, covered storage. As the original owner, I started this project with my dad in 1972. After he passed, I took over the family farm and haven’t had time to finish what we started. I would love nothing more than to see someone with passion for building and retro vehicles get this Jeep up and running.”

“Selling my 1973 Jeep CJ-6.
This Jeep has been over most of the trails in Northern California like Rubicon and Fordyce and did them with ease, but it’s been sitting for the past few years now.
A Chevy 350 was swapped in (There is no SMOG checks for a 1973) along with an automatic transmission.
AFI Fuel injection was added so it does not stall out off road and actually starts in the winter.
Brand new (well, a few months old) 35″ BFG tires and Procomp wheels. This Jeep use to run 38” tires but I went smaller. Continue reading →
