I can’t tell if this has combat rims or not.

“Willys Jeep for parts or project. Frame and body fair condition. L head motor can be turned over by hand, have not tried to start. Transmission/transfer case do not shift. Currently on different wheels and tires than pictured, white spoked wagon wheel style.”
This was for sale back in 2016. It’s missing the parking lights on the grille.

“Great Jeep still runs needs work though”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500. Has a Kelly hardtop.
Maybe some value here?
“Great project. Needs brake work and starter so it doesn’t run or drive. Frame in great shape but body needs some TLC. Includes hardtop. Clean title.”
UPDATE: Strangely, this is also list as being in Burbank at a price of $6900.
If you look closely at the pic, you can see there’s diamond plating extending the hood so that is will reach the grill. An even closer look reveals a panel between the back of the fender and the cowl. The body is likely sitting on a post-1971 CJ-5 chassis.

“I have a 1949 willys jeep cj3. Disassembled it in 2009 and has been sitting since. Sandblasted a lot of the bad parts of the body and cut out all the rest. Started to weld some plates in and that’s where I stopped. Just haven’t had time to get back to it. I put the body back on to the frame just recently. All of the drivetrain is still in good shape I just got a gasket kit for the carburetor and cleaned it all out. I can show you that it starts and runs. I have the windshield fenders Hood and everything for it. Did have a new exhaust put on it right before it was parked as well as a new gas tank. I do have a clear Colorado title for it. 1200 firm I will not take any less.”
This might just be the least descriptive ad I’ve seen for a vintage jeep. No pics provided.
