About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Needs new clutch installed. Could be worth a look.
“1949 Willys Overland Wagon. It was my daily driver for a year then the clutch went out. Motor runs but needs the new clutch installed and I have it on the shelf. All shocks and springs are replaced, new fuel tank, new brakes. Asking $4000 but I am open to offers. Cash deals no trades.”
This one has a different look to it. I don’t think the body is a ’56.
“I have a 1956 willys Jeep with a modded ls1 engine. Engine and transmission are really good and has cold A/C I’m asking 8000 or best offer, open up for trades too.”
“This is a 1965 Jeep FC 170. It is complete and in need of a total restoration. It has original mileage of 26,000. It has always been a farm/ranch vehicle and used to haul grapes to the packing house. As you can see it has the original seats and all gauges. I started working on it and found that i’m not going to have the time to get it up and going. So i’m offering it for sale. It has some rust in the back bed and the drivers floor but most everything else looks good. I tock quite a few pictures, but if you would like another view please let me know. I rebuilt the carburetor and found it very clean.
I was told it has been sitting for approximately 25/30 years. They broke the shifting lever on the outside of the transmission case and just parked it. A spare case and part will come with vehicle. They had two so this one just sat until know. It rolled onto the trailer fine, but the brakes will need to be gone through. Again, this is a complete original farm vehicle with the original mileage. It will need a good home. Comes with original shop manual. I have only a bill os sale and past registration form, but getting a title and keeping the black plates should not be an issue. There wasn’t a place to put bill of sale in title location so I put clear as there are no liens or any type.”
“1948 jeep willys 2a. Good condition, fresh paint, brand new toyo open country tires. 350 motor, runs great. Comes with a full soft top with doors. Needs a radiator and brake work. 3500 obo call or text anytime.”
“Body only complete tub fenders grill hood windshield seat frames gas tank blackout lights regular lights radiator etc many other parts as well. No title as vin would have been on engine does need floor pans $1500”
“1957 Jeep FC 170, frame and bed were shortened years ago, I’ve got it running, driving and stopping however it’s not really road worthy yet, tires are dry rotted and the carb could really use a rebuild, clean title”
“She is the first of the CJ2A Jeeps. She still has the original engine and drive train. She still starts up and runs well. The only major modification is from a 6 volt system to a 12 volt system. Also the original oil bath air cleaning system has been replaced with a filter.
The body does have some rust that has been replaced with bonds.”
