Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “this is a very rare 50 willys sedan delivery or panel truck,has 350 chevy motor 350 tranny, mustang11 front end with manual rack that steers great, has finished interior with elec seats, lots of chrome under hood, chrome alt, brake booster, water pump, eledbock alum intake and valve covers and breather, has air brushed stage coach mural and wood grain trim, custom chrome rolled bumpers, this is not a show car but is nice cruiser, may look at part trades, no boats or bikes”
I can’t quite tell which front hubs this has.

Runs good a lot of new parts, all new breaks.
Needs a few finishing touches, lights not working, have a new wiring harness that needs to be installed.”

“1946 Willy Jeep – sales price is firm for jeep as is. The Jeep’s engine has been rebuilt (2015) – but the vehicle has not been used for roughly 7 months, thus the engine needs some work to get it running again – but is in great shape and won’t be a project. The body is patina with some minor rust – but no structural problems. Its been used for business purposes but we have decided to move on to a modern truck. Interior is in excellent shape. I will get VIN and odometer on Craigslist shortly – we do have clean title.”

“Redone from the frame up!! Approximately 95 miles since rebuild completed. Perfect for hunting lease, trail riding or just cruising around the neighborhood. Converted front brakes to disk and added turn signals for safety. All drive-train has been completely gone through. It still has the L134 engine and three speed manual transmission with 5:36 gears. Warn hubs were added for use of low range without need to be in four-wheel drive. Tree inch suspension lift. 8,000 pound electric winch. Rear seat pedestals are small locking safe’s for storage.”

Both are missing parts. The Green one has been sandblasted and painted.Comes with non-original V6 and T90 transmission with adapter. Clean CA title and Historic Vehicle plates.
Yellow one is missing engine and transmission, dash….and many other parts.

This ran-when-parked truck has been sitting 14 years.The first pic on Craigslist is of a different truck than the one for sale.
“Low mileage 1959 Willy pickup 1 ton . Model L6-226 with 6 cylinder hurricane motor. Car is from California and purchased from 49er chevrolet. The car is all original and has a straight body. Comes with the original owners manual. This car has been parked in my garage for 14 years and when parked it ran. Note first picture is not of actual vehicle but real close. all other pictures are from the car for sale Car is in non operational condition. Needs new battery and fuel lines cleaned out. It will need to be towed to your destination. With a little work the car will run great.”
