About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“1948 Willy’s pick up. Custom built. On a 1985 k5 frame 283 v8, turbo 350, 203 t case. 3:42 gears. locker in front and spool in the back. Radiator and battery in the bed. 35 inch tires on black d hole steel wheels. Open headers. It does need some tlc. Or just keep it as a trail or mud truck. This truck is not road legal. The person I bought the body from made it into a one piece front clip and did some body work on it. I have the original vin plate and a 55 vin with a title. I will consider trade for a nice gas powered lifted golf cart. Must be a newer cart. No junk. The truck is 4500 or best offer”
“1953 Willy’s Wagon body installed on a 1990 GMC 3/4 ton 4×4 chassis. 350 TBI engine. NV4500 manual 5 speed transmission. Complete wire harness and computer system from the 1990 truck. 20 inch stock GMC rims and 37 inch Pro Comp Extreme Terrain Tires. Runs and Drives. Great project for the right guy.”
“I have a 1962 willys cj5 jeep that I’ve been working on for about a year fixing up to make road ready and I just lost interest. This is a fun jeep to drive it has a full fiberglass kit on it matched with the 4cyl motor it gets up and goes. Motor runs good Trans and 4wd shift well it has a new clutch, carb, exhaust, fuel tank and lines, wiring, lights, brakes, and lines and I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff. As far as what it needs to make road legal again is a windshield glass and a few odds and ends put back on. I have a soft top for it that I never installed yet it is used. I am asking $2500 please email me with any questions or if u would like to make a appointment to come test drive thanks. ”
“Body Parts for 1962 Willys CJ3B. Please see pics and ask questions… hood, 2 doors, windshield (no glass) cab w/ cover (good glass in rear window) could make front grill available too (not pictured) but would prefer to keep it… negotiable”
“For Sale: WWII Ford GPW: T-84 and transfer case and bell housing still installed, front cross member is square, tool bin lids are embossed, gun mount installed–no mistaking this as a Ford GPW Jeep. No motor. Driveline is otherwise complete. Transmission input shaft spins freely, linkage does cycle through the gears and ranges as it should. I do have the steering column with the steering wheel; splines are good on the shaft. Frame will need metal work in the usual areas. Body is rough, missing headlight assemblies, grill has been modified with CJ headlight buckets. The Jeep has a nice hood and good military F-script fenders that are fair. Original windshield frame is fair, will need soda blasting and or restoration, glass is bad, but correct to the Jeep as a low windshield frame; definitely restorable. Interior is gutted, only one passenger seat, no gas tank, no rear seat. Back of the tub was cut for a make-shift tail gate. All the brackets for the rear seat are there.
This jeep will need extensive restoration; it was in World War II, vintage 1942-1944, then it served a rough life on a ranch in San Antonio–this jeep is beat up, but it has tremendous potential, unlike an MB, you’ll always get your money out of this Jeep being a an authentic Ford Jeep. No title, sold on bill of sale.
$1000.00 cash only.
This IS a rolling chassis.”
“Truck is mounted on a 1998 dodge ram van b1500 chassis with a 3.9l v6 automatic, just needs fuel pump to run cranks over just fine, all brake lines and hoses were replaced, also comes with a 1996 360 magnum engine and transmission.”
This is an unusual Dispatcher brochure. Looks more like a case-based look at the DJ. It’s located in Russia. Seems pretty pricey given its location.

“1948 CJ2A with stock drivetrain. 12 volt conversion with key start. Runs, Drives, shifts as it should. 4X4 works like it should. All levers shift smoothly. I drive it daily to work and it has just under 1300 miles on it since we finished out the build. I have clean and clear title in hand. Normandy Blue rust free tub with period correct Sunset Red factory solid wheels ( really orange.. don’t ask me lol it’s a jeep thing) wrapped in non directional period correct tires really make this Jeep stand out. Super classy and turns head and gets thumbs ups everywhere I go.”
