Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1950 Willys Jeep Wagon, 4 x 4, Original drive train with the F134 4 cylinder motor, T 90 3 speed transmission, Dana 18 transfer case, Dana 25 front axle and Dana 44 rear axle. Custom headliner and seats redone. Original wooden slats in floor. Runs and drives good. New tires, new water pump and distributor rebuilt. There were only 2450 built in 4 x 4 in 1950 which makes it a nice collector. It’s a real head turner. Asking $ 11,500.00 or Bo.”

I can’t tell how much rust is here.
“Got a cj2a tub, fenders, grille, Willy hood for sale. This was going to be extended and built into a comfortable 4 seat crawler but have other projects. The tub is in great shape compared to most others I’ve seen. The dash is not hacked to pieces, original floorboards in great shape for a cj tub this old. Surface rust on the hood and body, not any major rot I noticed. Want it gone.”
