Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was This has an early, hard to find Willys Overland Cab manufactured by Laurel Worman.
“Selling my 1947 willys cj. runs and drives but will need work to drive on a regular basis. needs tires and a battery. brakes work but leak after sitting for a long period. fuel tank has a small drip. steering has some play, gearbox has been rebuilt but the pivot point in front has some play. call, text or email and I will answer questions as I can.”

Aluminum top & wheels it came with in my garage,I’m the second owner of this willys I purchased it from original owner & then I restored it it has only 74K original miles on it , I had a shop rebuild the 134f engine & the 3 speed tranny,
This cj3B is super clean never abused, no trades thank you”

Seller has this listed as a 1941, but looks more like a late model 2A.
“1941 Willys Jeep, Nevada Title, Runs Great, Completely rebuilt engine less than 10 hrs on rebuild. New shocks, 5 new BF Goodrich tires , new brakes, new 5.38 gears front & rear, Warren winch, converted 12 volt”
Has incorrect rims. Look like it might have had a rear hood latch at some point.

“Complete restoration. This is the first year of the civilian model. Jeep restoration was completed in 2009 has been in storage for the majority of the time since.
Original engine. Engine was in storage for 50+ years prior to installation with roughly 300 miles at the time of purchase; when Jeep was built the engine was cleaned and optimized. Body was acid washed before painting. Includes: OEM parts, Tow hitch, rear bumperettes, Fog lights, leather seats, passenger side tool/storage compartment under seat, and removable canvas top with detachable plastic windows (not pictured yet).
Original CJ2A manual included and numerous records available for parts, construction, and contacts. Two sets of keys.
Brakes cleaned, lines drained, front brakes replaced, new master cylinder installed, new battery [12V conversion], and new carburetor (2017).
No title in New York State for cars pre-1973; but does have transferable registration which constitutes ownership.
583 original miles (~300 prior to restoration, 283 post restoration)”

Craig spotted this one. Seller describes this as a Maverick, but those were 2wd (as I understand it) while this one is 4WD.
