1952 M-38 Louisville, KY $23,500

• CATEGORIES: M-38 • TAGS: , This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

Charles is selling this M-38. He has other vehicles for sale in similar condition that will be shown at the Military Vehicle Collector Show next year in June 2018.

“This rare example of a historic M38 has been professionally restored to “better than new condition.”  The history of this U. S. Army Jeep is well known.  It was purchased by a U. S. Soldier when both he and the vehicle arrived home to the states from the Korean War. It was assigned to the 10th Mountain Division. The soldier who purchased this jeep couldn’t get a Greyhound bus ticket so he bought this jeep to make his way home to Wisconsin. My father is the 3rd private owner of this vehicle.

As you can see from the pictures, this jeep has been appropriately outfitted with restored and working communications equipment.  It includes antennas, a windshield canvas cover, first aid kit, tool kit, full canvas top, curtains, doors and bows.

Must see to appreciate the detail put into this restoration.

Asking $23,500 as described.  Please contact Charles at 502-896-2303 during normal business hours.  Please, serious inquiries only.  Title in hand.”

1966 J-30 Mistubishi Wagon Tulsa, OK **SOLD**

• CATEGORIES: Willys Wagons • TAGS: This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.

Has no brakes.

“1966 Mitsubishi Jeep J30 4 Door 4X4
Built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries under license from Kaiser Jeep.
These were made from the late 1950s through the late 1990s. However, very rare here in the US.
It features a 4 Cylinder gas motor with a 3 speed manual column shift. (Three on the tree).
It has a THREE speed transfer case 2 Hi, 4 Hi, 4 Med, 4 Lo, and N.
The motor runs quite well. It shifts fine. We drove it to the lot.
However, the brakes need work before it can be driven. No brakes!
Overall the Jeep is pretty solid. There is some minimal rust in various rocker and door spots.
The frame, floors, and underside look remarkably well. The truck came from Texas.
The interior appears to be mostly original. The seat upholstery is good, but the cushioning material has deteriorated.
The door panels need recovering and the headline is missing (the insulation is still there).
After market gauges and radio have been added many, many years ago. The radio actually works.
The tire look fairly recent. It looks like it was probably repainted eons ago.
Here is some info on this EXACT unit I found on Google http://www.willyscountry.com/4_dr_Mitsubishi.html
This could be a really cool, unique vehicle. Stand out from the crowd at cruise nights!

$4,995 cash. Come see it and make me an offer.
I might take trades, especially old hot rods, VWs, or other unique unusual cars.”

F-head powered project.

“Motor turns over I’ve never heard it run. Changed to later f head 4 cylinder. The title I received with it does not match vin tag. Frame has some of the usual patching up front, a little rust through on tails. Body has had some patching mostly drivers floor.”
