Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is a restoration project and needs to be completely restored. It is a Normandy Higgins equipped WWII jeep that was used in the invasion of Normandy beach. It is on a trailer and comes with military tires to put on it. Includes base frame and plate for the Browning machine gun to mount on it.”

“for sale, 1948 willys jeep with 327 chev. V8, T14/3 speed, model 20 transfer case, dana 30front, dana 44 rear, new clutch & pressure plate, new brakes & drums all around, new brake lines & cylinders, newer soft top, & doors motor runs strong & clean, street legal, all lights work, drives very nice & if you wish it is stupid FAST. no I will not ship. I have clean title in hand.”
It’s a mix of parts.

With the family growing the MB needs to go! This is not a 100% restored 43 MB, but close. most people will not know. It is not a cj2 or a gpw but a MB.
1943 MB all original except for a few items. ( Windshield, 1965 327 Corvette motor, lock out hubs, new shocks, new after market slave cylinder for clutch, new updated brakes, rear LED lights, pintel hitch and a few Ford GPW parts. )
This jeep runs and drives great. I drive it to work and back often 40 miles round trip. 4×4 works great along with the twin stick transfer case and lock out hubs.
New era specific non directional good year tires, rope, and fuel tank.
May consider trades trade on a TJ or newer jeep wrangler , cattle , and newer side by side. 2007 or newer 3/4 ton or 2500 chevy dodge or ford 2wd, sub compact or compact hydrostatic tractor 2wd”

“Black tag” means it is tagged non-operational.
“Bought this awhile back to fix up obviously it’s not happening $5,000. 1948 Willys Jeep has a 302 in it the transfer and transmission is stock. It has a new aluminum radiator I don’t know too much about it I bought it I gave it a lift and when I did the lift it slowed me down on everything I can tell you what I know I have title in hand tags are current but it is black tagged”

This vintage looking wagon has a number of updates.
“57 willys wagon. Fuel injected 5.0 out of an 89 mustang runs strong and gets 16 miles per gallon on the interstate. Front disk brakes. New tires. Comes with lots of extra parts. This wagon is a joy to drive, it does need some work it is 60 years old and definitely not without its flaws but I have drivin it on a couple road trips one of which was to vegas and it did wonderful and will run 65-70 mph all day and get 16 mpg. All the lettering on it is all just stickers and can be removed.”
