Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Selling my 1948 Willys CJ2A. Just had a lot of work done to it. Selling for another project. Does need a transmission rebuild which costs about 150$ to 200$ because it is a very simple tranny so don’t try to low ball me on it. Other than the tranny everything works and the Jeep runs great. I did order the matching canvas seat backs but they are backordered so you will also get those with the Jeep. I use it every weekend to go to the beach. All new stainless hardware was used during assembly. Also comes with a rough full aluminum hardtop that isn’t picture. $10,000 OBO.
Things that are new:
-Master cylinder
-5 new tires
-Body work and paint
-glass for windshield
-gauges
-fuel tank and lines
-radiator, water pump, thermostat
-All new wiring
-Carb rebuild
-Undercoated with Rhinoliner

“1952 rust-free M-38CDN military jeep. Made in Canada by Ford with all Willey’s parts.
#506 of 1911 made.
Runs and drives excellent and everything in working order.
This is as near original as you will find for the flat fender jeep.
Extra parts go with this vehicle, such as hood,generator, voltage regulator, etc.
I am selling for my father and may need to provide a separate number for questions I can’t answer.”

“Beautiful rare willy’s surf wagon 1960 jeep FC ( forward contro) 170 DRW (dual rear wheel). Comes with a custom military trailer painted to match.
The Truck is a full frame off restoration resto mod restoration. With many upgrades. The truck has 492 miles on it since the completion. Engine has been rebuilt repainted and bored out. Engine work done Earls Custom Machine in Staford CT. Fully rebuilt transmission front and rear. Tranny rebuild done by High Tech Transmissions in East Longmeadow MA. “Selling my 1945 MB Military Willys Jeep. This is an Authentic 1945 U.S. Army 4 cylinder, WIllys MB Jeep with 24,000 original miles. This MB Jeep runs and drive great.
This MB Jeep was converted to a 12 volt system years ago, and is still that way today. If you wanted to convert it back to a 6 volt system, I have the regulator, you will just need the starter, and light bulbs. This Jeep still retains it’s original 6 volt generator.
This rare beauty is a true piece of Americana history, and it would be difficult to find one this nice for under $20,000.
