About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“1977 right hand drive ( RHD ) fiberglass body mail jeep. Has 4 cylinder ford 2.3l with 2bbl carb, automatic transmission, posi rear end. Windshield is cracked. Custom pink camo interior trim, black bedliner on the floor.
This is a very fun little jeep to drive.”
UPDATE: This was sold for $999 back in 2010. At that time it didn’t run or drive.

“Package Deal: Should fit ’52 and newer M38A1 OR ’55 to ’71 (maybe up to 75?) CJ5
1. The black/green top is solid, a few spots of light surface rust, the tan spot was from me trying out some “desert tan” to see if would go with my “OD green” on my m38a1. All the glass is there, no cracks.
2. The doors are there in white, a few small spots on the exterior of rust to fix (or not). One is missing the handle, glass is there and unbroken, they both need some lube inside the doors, no jeep-side hardware.
3. White top is rusty with dent in roof, has both side glasses (one installed, one not, both in good shape, no cracks). I have the rear door, no glass, and the two small rear windows do not have glass in them, I do have two panes, correct shape, not sure if they quite fit though this top though.”

“This is a ran when parked 1948 CJ2A Willys Jeep… 30 years ago. My buddy and I got this in a package deal for a Jeep we’re restoring. It looks to be an old school doodlebug. I have a clear title in hand. Rims are ‘believed’ to be original 16” Kelsey Hayes, I’m no rim expert but a few of us think they are after comparing pictures. Also the bellhousing is either very early CJ or military, you can see how the linkage goes inside rather than the clutch fork sticking out like the later models. Feel free to call/text me any time of day and if I don’t answer I’ll get back shortly. We have forklifts to get it right on your trailer.”
Tom’s been working on the restoration of this CJ-3A APU. He’s wondering if anyone knows anything about the three-wheeled APUs that were auctioned in California about five years ago. He’s hoping to find some of the hard-to-find APU equipment.
Here are a few photos of the APUs sold a few years ago:
Here’s how he started, with a jeep he didn’t know was an APU. Since then he’s been learning more about them.
“One owner, clean title, has some damage do to battles fought around my home. Saved many Barbi’s. Motor sounds good depending on how good your lips vibrate. This is a go anywhere do anything vehicle for serious off road and Barbi saving expeditions. Yes I said $50 cash!”
