“For sale 1951 Willys Jeep CJ3A.
This little feller runs good, I replaced the foot pedal start with a key start gear reduced starter. I also upgraded to a 12volt alternator. I installed a new Poly fuel tank and new fuel pump.
It starts and runs without hesitation. It does not smoke. It has a quiet exhaust system. The drive train all works even the emergency brake.
The body is all there and the floor pans are solid, there is the usual rust on the rocker panel area and tool box. It is very useable like it is or you can finish restoring it.
There is no title, I bought it with a bill of sale and I will provide a signed bill of sale and photo ID.
It had been sitting for many years in a barn near Amarillo Tx. I have had it for about two years and run around the neighborhood in it.
Call or text with any questions. Come take a look at it, I have room to test drive it even though it is not street legal at this time.”

This was just listed over at sellajeep.com.

“1960 Willys CJ3B 4X4 has original 3 speed with High Low tranny and PTO driven wench. Has a Buick 225 ci v6 motor with TBI carburetor. Also has a Buick Power steering. Running alittle rough now but has been sitting most of the last year. I did some body work and rough paint job nothing fancy but cleaned up most of the rusty spots. Have a new windshield ordered for it, also has a Tow Bar and good tires.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7500.
Needs restoration. Engine is out.
“I’ve owned this jeep since 1990 when I ‘rebuilt’ it. It is very original with matching body and frame serial numbers. I’ve also posted this for sale on the g503 website. It is NOT a ‘backyard junker’ for someone to hack up for a ‘rock-crawler’, or ‘jeep rod’. I have all replacement panels and was going to restore it, but family responsibilities and other jeep projects demand my attention. This jeep is an excellent candidate for someone to rebuild as a ‘motorpool’ project or factory restoration.
This was registered for 20 years until 2011 when I pulled the incorrect Kaiser Supersonic flathead to put in my plow jeep. I have a correct WWII MB block and Willys 440 engine for parts that I was going to rebuild for it.
Frame is solid, no rust as is most of the body. Front floors were replaced ‘eons’ ago before I got it. All canvas and tires in great shape. Only repro parts are top bows and hardware; choke/throttle cables; dash panel lights; and rear seat frame. Front tires mounted on combat rims with 3 other original combat rims included.
No title as Maine does NOT title older vehicles. I do have an official ‘certification of ownership’ I recently obtained from the state of Maine DMV.
Serious inquires only. I have been involved rebuilding and restoring jeeps for 35 years and know what I have. Twice in the past month I worked with two ‘buyers’ who both backed out at the last min. One was local, the other from Europe. Because of being burned, I will store, if needed, for 2 weeks from date of sale with a non-refundable cash deposit of $500.
I have over 150 photos to share if interested. Email for requests.”
Barry spotted this one.

“1949 willys jeep original 4cylinder engine, 3 speed transmission, needs tires , all holding air, metal cab in good condition, have a 1949 title for it. This belong to my son , who is gone away to college and does not want it anymore, has small dents on body, but at least it runs good, good project, but I am not into fixing worn out stuff, and I will not start throwing good money in this old thing, if I don/t sell it, will sell for scrap steel in the next week, bottom line.”
