Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Lots of updates to this CJ-6. Great first photo.
“Title is clean and vehicle is street legal.
The drivetrain is a Chevy 4.3 T.B.I., SM465 transmission, NP205 T-case, Dana 44 front, and 14 bolt rear. Driveshafts are custom made by Tom Woods. Tires are 36″ Super Swamper TSLs that have like-new tread. Equipped with on-board air and an old school Warn 5721 winch. Comes with a Meyer hardtop. The hard top could use some body work. I will also include a Bestop Tigertop soft top. The soft top is mostly complete but missing the snaps, fasteners, and a door jamb rod. Many other extras and spare parts: original rear bumper/hitch, tow bar, hi-lift jack, etc. ”

No obvious body rust.

“1951 Willy’s Jeep Delivery (title as a Station Wagon) in storage since 1975, Burnt valve, pulled head and valve, Sprayed down with “Liquid Wrench” Been in storage ever since. Asking $2500 or best reasonable offer. I tried to get pictures of the rusted areas.”

It has all new springs and shackles, new fuel tank, fuel pump,water pump, alternator, exhaust, brake lines, belts, new front bumper,new seleto lock out hubs and new plugs and wires. Comes with all 5 original wheels and tires. Comes with nee cltch pressure plate and throw out bearing in box. Doesn’t need it but comes with it.This is a nice jeep. ”

“1964 jeep fc170 pickup in non running condition with a 1973 ford 302 v8 engine.
the engine is siezed up; won’t turn over i got it started about 10 years ago but it seized up right away.
the cab is off the chassis for easier access to engine.
the cab is pretty rusty.
most of the parts are there to get it going again w/ another ford engine.
