(05/29/2016) Has asome drive train updates.
“The good: 1962 Willy’s CJ3b great parts. Chevy 350 motor, four barrel carb. TH 350 automatic Trans. Dana 44 rear axle with a Detroit locker. Dana 35 front axle with an ARB air locker and large disc brakes. 31” tires but it fits 33s. Warn 8000# winch.
The bad: Lots of rust. Tires are old. Needs brake rotors. Needs an alignment. Bent rear hub. Needs steering column work. Needs new rear gas tank. Needs lots of love. ‘
Not sure how much value is here.

UPDATE: This should have posted this morning, but the newest version of WordPress has a glitch that causes posts to randomly miss their scheduled appearance.
Despite Charter Communication’s claim of ‘Blazing Speeds’, last night it was more like tortoise speeds. It was so slow I couldn’t get their Internet Speed Test to work. So, I’d say that calls for the evening off. I’m sure everything will be working by tomorrow night.
These photos appeared in the February 1956 issue of Globe-trotter. I especially like the CJ-5 with the ice cream maker!
This brochure isn’t one I’ve seen often.
“Brochure. Size is 8.5″ x 5.5″ folded and opens to a nice large 17″ x 11″ to show the views in the listing and more on the back. Condition is Excellent.”
The seller lists this as being a Korean War era photo. Though the jeep appears to be an M-38, I doubt this is from the Korean War. The jeep shown has a license plate on the back.
“Nice old photo. Measures about 4 1/2″ by 3 1/4″. Good to very good condition with some wear – album paper/paste remnants on back.”
Fiberglass Body. Could be a Bobcat 3B body. It’s listed as a 1948.
“Willys high hood. Fiberglass tub and hood. Steel fenders, grille, and windshield frame. New gunmetal pearl paint. Buick 231 v6 with edelbrock carb and intake manifold. 3 speed transmission. Warn overdrive. Front disc brakes. Aluminum radiator. New seats. Soft with 1 small tear in back. 33’s with a lot of tread. Overall pretty nice rig but not perfect.”

Craig spotted this nice looking truck.
“1961 Willys Truck, good condition, 4WD, original straight 6 (226). Truck Runs good, almost all original – 44K original miles. New Radiator, seals front and rear differencials, generator and starter have been rebuilt. Need to sell $9000 OBO Call or text for more information”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $11,500.
(07/14/2016) Looks like it has a reproduction body. Lots of updates.
“1964 Jeep CJ3B ‘High Hood’ – Very Rare. Frame smoothed and boxed. Power steering. Disc brake conversion. Small block Chevy 327. Comp Cam Thumper Series. Roller Rockers, Aluminum Intake, Pete Jackson Gear Drive, Jet Coated Headers and Exhaust. World heads. Four Speed manual transmission, Differentials and Transfer case just rebuilt. Nice cage. Bucket seats. VDO gauges. Dual gas tanks with electric switch. Mag wheels. This Jeep sounds amazing!”
