It’s a GPW that hasn’t been started in a while.
“IMPORTANT UPDATE: Upon further inspection, research and some expert advice (thank you!), I believe this is a 1943-ish Ford GPW. I have included more pictures. Some just for your additional information and some show the details that positively identify it as a Ford GPW as opposed to a Willys MB. For example, the frame under the radiator is an inverted U as opposed to a tube on the Willys.
The one picture is the engine serial number which is 3059695. From what I have read, that’s not the original Kaiser motor.

“I have a 1946 Willys Jeep I think it has the original engine 4 cyl. Engine runs doesn’t smoke. I drove it from front of house to rear, several years back. That’s as far as I have drove it. The floors have been replaced with steel checker plate, has a portable boat type gas tank with electric fuel pump. 12v system not 6v. . Needs restoring. 2800.00 This Jeep is 70 years old, so if your looking for a mint condition one for 2800.00 This is not it!!!!”

“Up for sale is a Custom, One of a Kind Jeep 1965-1975-1985 DCJ57. It is a CJ7/DJ5 body on a stretched and tubed Grand Wagoneer chassis (Postal Jeep front with right hand drive, Grand Wagoneer chassis stretched with a CJ7 rear end ) I am a welder by trade and designed and built this vehicle from the ground up. It has a 360 cubic inch engine, 4 wheel drive, automatic transmission.
Complete duel ignition systems, V8. Complete water conversion snorkel (exhaust, transmission breather, differential breathers) New rebuilt motor and transmission. Under the car there is 10 cubic feet of storage. There is a deck on top of the vehicle with an overhead awning. Also 360 degree overhead awnings. 110 Converter, Seats 7 people.
