This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (02/12/2016) Nice looking jeep.
“Fully restored CJ2a Jeep. 1946 Frame up. All original. New head gasket,new wiring, 8volt conversion for better starting, new gauges, new top, new tires, etc. Only has a few miles on it since the restore. Asking 19.500 and am open to negotiation.”

Listed as a 1953 CJ-3A, but looks to be an M-38.
“53 Willys CJ-3A original flat head 4 cyl, original transmission, original seats, 31×10.50 Bfg’s on steel wheels, soft top, KC lights, brush guard, heavy duty rear bumper, hitch, it does need brake work, but overall it is in good condition. Title in hand.”

(93/14/2016) Runs and drives. Not sure why the front clip is elevated in the front, but the grille is bolted at the bottom to a taller than normal bracket.
“1960 JEEP WILLY with buck v6 , t-18 transfer case with 4 speed trany. it runs and crawls very well with the super low gears. the body is sound and a few ding nothing major. frame has USM stamp text me for appointments to take a look”

(03/10/2016) Looks solid.
“This jeep is in great shape and runs great too. It has a V6 engine with chrome headers and an automatic transmission that was rebuilt in 2013. The 4wd works like new it also has been framed off with NO RUST. Several new parts such as lights, gas tank, gauges to many to list. I have a bunch of pictures taken all through out the restoration. I’m selling this for my dad it is actually in Athens TX but we would consider delivering it Thanks for looking.”

“This is a completely rebuilt hard top for a 1948 willys flat fender jeep with new glass, rubber and paint.
It is creme color with both doors and windows.”

(03/12/2016) 0Not quite all original, but I’ll overlook that on account of the hurricane rims.
“All original 1953 CJ3B flat fender Jeep. Complete and in excellent running condition. Tight running gear with no leaks. Original F-head (overhead valve) engine that starts easy, runs strong, and doesn’t burn oil. Tub is sound with no rust out. Locking front hubs. Tires are Goodyear 33×12.50R15LT on Al rims. Also included are the 5 original 16″ wheels. Included is replacement windshield, wipers, and misc. parts. Newly recovered seats. Clear title. A good desert rig or farm utility vehicle.”
