(03/11/2016) Might have some value. Those are some bald tires.
“This Willy’s is all original & complete from what I can tell…
It has not been altered mechanically or parted out in any way…
Rearends, driveshafts, skidplates, motor, radiator and all…
Motor/crank turns by hand…not locked up…
No idea when it last ran but hasn’t been registered scince the 80’s…
If you cant tell by the picture it has 3 shifters on the floor…
Fairly rough condition but not many of these laying around AZ…
Has keys, clear & notarized title, will deliver for a fee…
This Willy’s Jeep is 70 years old…Yes it has rust…No it doesn’t run…
Thank you for looking…”
Given the hardtop, there might be some value here.
“65 Willys roller for parts. Most body parts are there. No motor, tranny or transfer case.”
No sure how much value is here.
“1942 Ford GPW. Was going to rebuild it, but like everyone I have to many projects. Bought it at a auction, no title. Has a f head engine from a cj5. Many f marked parts. Good for a offroad, a spring over lift was done to it. For sale or trade for a 65-72 ford truck. 240 or 300 inline six is best. Or a good Willys cj5 parts jeep with a good steel tub to put on my 63 cj5.”
No pics provided.
“Frame off rest. Red

“Original WWII jeep tandem hitch.
Has been modified to a ball hitch, but could be converted back to pintle with a little welding. Sandblasted and primed.”
<– Day 7- Tuesday March 15th: Rollin’ Like Bill Gates | Beginning | Day 9 – Thursday March 17th: Crowded Backroads & Exploding Beer Glasses –>
Today we drove from Tucson to Globe. Along the way we saw some old technology and new. First the new, then the old. (See yesterday’s post here)
We started the day with a short walk to a nearby bagel place called The Bagel Joint in north Tucson. It’s slogan, if it ain’t boiled, it ain’t a bagel. Tucson yelpers seemed to like the place, so I thought it was worth checking out. While they were very good bagels, they still didn’t top the bagel I had at the Olde Brooklyn Bagel Shop in December of 2014. My mouth still waters in memory of that one!
With bagel consumed, we drove north for the day’s main adventure: Biosphere 2.
On our drive to Biosphere 2, we realized neither of us could remember much about the project. Our impression was that it was a failure at some level. We also wondered what happened to Biosphere 1. So, it was with this total lack of research that we entered the Biosphere 2 complex.
Pascal is hoping to build and document a complete inventory of Willys World Magazines for http://jeepwillysworld.com/the-willys-club/. He’s put time, effort, and money into obtaining, scanning, and uploading his copies to the internet. Anyone have some issues the would like to sell or donate to him? Here’s what he needs:
I’m missing and looking for;

I think the last issue was in December 1998, right?
Based on the dash plaques, this has been a well-loved jeep.
