About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“1946 Willys. Fresh paint. New exhaust. Approx 60 hours on engine. Updated shackles. Custom heavy duty bumpers, 4×4 transfer,hi/low all work. Great little Willys. Fun for the neighborhood, going to town, or climbing around a deer lease.”
“Moving out of California, with over 30 years of stuff that I cannot take. So here is your chance to have some pretty cool things. Jeep 1944 willys MB (runs excellent) $8000.00”
(08/28/2013) It needs some parking lights in the front, but otherwise looks good.
“So here we have a very nicely built Jeep that I’m selling for a friend. First of all I would like to say the owner of this Willys took great pride in building it over the past 25 years and it shows!! Ok so Ill tell you as much as I can remember about it. Motor is a 302ci Ford (there you go Ford fans) with I think he said 25k on it. the trans is a automatic (cant remember what kind) but it is adapted with a advanced adapter plate and has a 30 split lever transfer case. the differentials are Dana 30’s but he has a 44 or 2 to go with it for the right price!! It is sitting on 35’s that look fairly new. He has extra parts to go with this also if the price is right !!”
Listed as a 1945 GPW, it looks more like a CJ-2A to me.
“This is a 1945 Ford GPW need complete restauration but it is complete
engine not lock. if you you need to see the Jeep contact me .
Nice project for reactmentof WWII.”
“46 jeep willys for parts… good drive line good rear ends body and frame are junk..no title.. just looking to sell parts off it.. if u need something hit me up..”
“For sale here is what I believe to be a 1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A. Comes with the tub, complete drive train, steering column, motor and transfer case. I also have an extra dash with guages. Missing and not included are: hood, front fenders, steering wheel, radiator, interior parts. No rust as it has been garaged the last 35 years. Frame and tub underside have some sort of rust coating on it. Wheels are good but all four tires are junk. This would make a perfect Rat Rod project. No Title.”
“For sale 1963 Willy Jeep. Colorado jeep great body and frame. Aluminum small block v-8 runs but needs work. This is a rare high hood model jeep and would make a great project.”
(10/23/2013) This runs, but has rust. It is listed incorrectly as a 1942.
“1942 jeep; runs, drives, steers, stops excellent; what you see is what is wrong with it; plow works excellent; no windshield, new gas tank, master cylinder, battery and recent exhaust; excellent toy or plow vehicle.”
