These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “GPW starts right up, lifted, Registration Jan 14 ($473.50), brand new 33/12.5/15 on centerlines, some rust, undercoated frame, new reupholstered bucket seats, seat belts added (these years did not come with seat belts), needs windshield (flat glass can be cut through auto windshield companies here), possibly matching numbers (still have to check), bikini top, 4 wheel drive works

“This is a project. It has a good 4 cylinder engine,fresh rebuilt trans. It does need to be put back together as it was being torn down for a rebuild. It could still easily be put back on the road in a weekend. It comes with tons of spare parts. I bought this with every intention to do a full build.
You can easily have this thing running in an afternoon hook the carb up ,add a battery and fuel I know this thing will run.
It is a full blown project but you don’t find a willys with a title for this price often”

“Up for sale or trade is a VERY rare Jeep CJ6. For those of you unfamiliar with this model; the CJ6 is a rare elongated, or stretched, CJ5 (Almost a small pickup bed behind the seats!) Her Buick Dauntless V6 runs and drives and has just under 35k original miles!!!! She is by no means perfect though. She will need some electrical work to be road worthy (indicators and brake lights need work), some DEFINATE body work (holes in driver and passenger floor pans, small dents, needs new paint, etc), and a rebuild/tune on the carb. This list is a minimum. Please don’t come expecting a perfect Jeep…as there is no such thing. She will need a labor of love, but one lap around my property with the wind in your hair, shifting old clunky gears, and the classic old school smell of unburned gas coming from the exhaust, and you’ll be hooked.
Has an old school steel hard top and doors, but the top is pretty beat up. My plan is to rhinoline the entire body and run it around old town FoCo and up the Poudre Canyon with the top, and doors, off this summer.
I am by no means desperate to sell her. I’m working on her bit by bit, but free time is a hard thing to come by these days. Looking for something turn key and ready to hit the road. Possibly another Jeep, hotrod, cruiser, ATV, UTV, enclosed trailer, camper? Sky’s the limit; what ya got?”
“Have a 1946 willy has a newer motor it’s a v6, its w wheel drive and all drive tran works great. has newer tires and rims custom roll cage and interior. Normal wear and tear on it. Kept in bar has a tow bar great for hunting or 4wheeling, has a clear title needs a patch on radiatior and.new gas tank to get it going asking 2000 obo”
