About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“I am not selling a car… I am offering you a piece of America’s awesome history. What you see in the photos is the frame and drive train of the one the machines that was used to assert the U.S. as the world’s first super power. A 1942 Willy’s Jeep MB. By owning just one of these fine pieces of all American ingenuity, you become a finer more patriotic citizen of this great nation. And one day (most likely when you are not looking) the symbol of this land of freedom, yes a bald eagle, will fly over your home and smile down on it. Now by this time you are thinking “I need this Jeep in my life!! But what has been done to it so far?” Well gents I am glad you asked. After rescuing this beautiful thing from an untimely death in a farmers field I (with the help of my amazing father-in-law a mechanic of over 40 year):
ran all new brake lines
all new brake pads
all new brake cylinders
all new master cylinder
rebuilt the transmission
rebuild the alternator
replaced front and rear bumper
replaced all shocks
bought 5 new rims with 5 like new tires (worth about $1000)
bought a new muffler kit
cleaned up the radiator
rebuilt the starter
up graded to a 12v system
and much more….
The Jeep come with many parks, far to many to list everything in fact. Some will need to be replaced and some just cleaned up a bit. The engine is free turning and ran before we disassembled the Jeep.
After all of this work there was a very unfortunate loss. Try as we might, we were unable to save the body tub. However… we did manage to save the very soul of this glorious beast; the iconic Jeep grill.
There is not to much more needed to bring the beautiful creation of the American auto industry back to life. This is why it is the PERFECT starter for someone looking to begin a new year as a “Jeep guy.”
Begin your dream of having an easy project jeep, with restoring a piece of the American dream.
Please call with any questions. I am asking $3800 OBO. Thank you for your time and God Bless”

“This is a 1941 Willys jeep. It was a daily driver until my wife’s father passed. It was his pride and joy for almost 4 decades. We have changed the fuel filters, oil, fuel, and battery to drive the jeep to our back yard for storage. It is an interesting beast. It has the original backseat and two extra wheels. It is covered with a tarp in the shade but is available for viewing with appt. Will take best offer.”

“I have 2 1957 FC-150’s for sale as a package. The red one is out of Montana and is a great rust free rig. There is no engine and tranny, everything else is there. The white one is from Utah and it has very little rust. The red passenger door is a little rough, but the white passenger door is good. The bed on the red one is in really good condition.”
