Runs, but needs brakes.
“It is a 1946 Willy’s Jeep I have owned since 2008. Its been in my shop ever since. It was my Uncles who lived in Prineville, He owned it since 1959 used it for hunting. I’ve have only driven it down the road and around the house. It runs good, needs Brakes, probably master cylinder. I’ve have always wanted to have someone restore it for me so I could keep it in the family, but life has a different direction. It has a flat head four cylinder engine. Like I said it runs good. I’ve always start it up at least twice a year. Drive it around the yard and put it back in the shop. It comes with a complete white soft top with both side doors. Also a complete hard top with a extra windshield. I have a clear title in my name, it also has current vintage plates so it doesn’t have to be licensed every year. It needs to be restored. This is not a perfect Jeep so don’t waste your time it you think different.”

It has a new gas tank and electric fuel pump installed and has been converted to 12 volts. The original 134 cubic inch four cylinder F head motor does not smoke or leak. It has a functioning PTO winch and the stamped “Willys” hood and tailgate. Glass in windshield is good. Comes with a canvas top, doors, and a rear seat frame. Continue reading
