“I have owned this jeep for 35 years, the body is solid no rust holes, I was going to add aluminum plates to corners and decided to go down the sides and then bed line the entire jeep but liked it the way it was. The plates cab be removed as they are screwed on with stainless screws. The jeep has a new motor, heater, wiring, blinkers, tires, brakes, wheel bearings, u-joints, exhaust, gas tank, tail lights, 1″ lift by new leaf springs (super lift), shocks, bucket seats, seat belts, roll bar, 12 volt system, electronic ignition (no more points), has an overdrive installed, backup lights. the windshield is 1952 because they are better than1948 no pipes, locking hubs, had it under coated 35 years ago and never driven in salt, in the shed every night.”
