Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “For sale is a 1965 Willys Jeep CJ5 with approximately 28k original miles on it. I picked this up in Pennsylvania a few years ago with the intent of fixing it up and using it to plow snow on my private road. I don’t have time or room for it anymore so it must go. It was originally purchased new in Pa with a dealer installed plow, hard top and radio and was only used to plow a private road. The elderly gentleman I bought it off of was the 3rd owner and used it to plow his driveway.
It is CJ-5 that was bought new by the family and funs.
