Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This has some updates, but what really caught my eye was the driver’s side rear wheel well. No good pics of it, but it looks damaged to me (see first photo).

Hasn’t been run in a while and has some non-stock items. I don’t think that gas tank will hold much gas.

“1946 willys jeep, looks to be complete, I have the original title. the jeep had been sitting in a shed for the last 15 years, put in new plugs, wires, and cleaned the points and it started and sounds good, it has been converted to 12 volt. the tires are like new. everything works like it should and all the metal is straight. call or text 507-4five8-nine0three5 for more info or pics.”

Needs tires and seems to be missing a steering dash bracket. But, better check the dash first.
“1954 Willys Jeep CJ3B 80% Restored
Bestop Top, Sheet metal replaced, solid drive-train. Good brakes, clutch, smooth running engine. To be road worthy it will need a set of tires, current are showing some dry-rot from setting. Besides that it’s ready to hit the trails! No time to commit to it. Does not have factory seat or gas tank.

This 2WD truck looks like it could make a good restoration project, though it’s not priced at a restoration truck price.
“1949 Willy’s Overland truck. It is a factory built two wheel drive with a 134cc flathead four cylinder engine named the “Go Devil”. This truck is 90% all original and has been in a barn for the last 30 years. This truck does run and has a new battery, master cylinder, and fuel pump. This model is VERY rare, and an awesome barn find. Would be great for any project direction you would want to go. Whether you are wanting to restore or turn into a hotrod. This is also a three speed on the floor, not the three on the colum that was more common for the era. Serious inquires only.”

“1951 willy cj-3a jeep complete rolling RUNNING chassis…frame is solid + straight…starts, runs good, drives, shifts, 4×4 hi-lo works…brakes not working (yet)…generator is hooked up + charging…includes radiator, hood, grill, temporary seat and brand new 6v battery…anti freeze tests to -35…can drive it on your trailer..up on original 16″ wheels (tires hold air) with spare 16″ wheel (that doesn’t)…sold with bill of sale…a solid start for your project…find a body later or buy a new one…”
