Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The motor has been upgraded to a Studebaker V8.

This might be a good price.
“This is a good condition 1952 Jeep Willys 4×4 CJ-3B. This is the high hood variant that is becoming more rare. The original 4 cylinder was replaced a while back with a Buick 225 v6 and the tranny is a 4 speed muncie. It maintain the original dana twin stick transfer case. The alternator, radiator, battery, clutch and brakes were all recently replaced or repaired. The tires are 33X12.50’s. The body is in excellent shape with no rust. I will be in lemoore the 4th through the 7th. Call or txt if interested. The price is 5000 o.b.o.”
