This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Original published March 20, 2023: This early version of the San Juan Scenic Jeep Tours brochure was pre-FCs. It was listed for sale on eBay at some point. Thankfully, the images were still available.
The price on this rare ad has dropped to $12.00 (with $7 shipping). I can’t recall seeing this one. The seller has four of these for sale.

“1952 willys jeep, this is a rare jeep, it has factory pto, 4cly, 4×4, jeep is in good condition for its age, has a miss from sitting all winter, always keep in garage, have a trailer to go with it, and alot of parts, showing 25k miles but odometer doesn’t work, $8500 cash no checks”
Tom spotted this good find. It runs, has a PTO, an early CJ-5 Speedometer, and a Sears-branded half-cab.

“I have a 1955 willys CJ5 farm jeep forsale, it runs good,4×4 works good,it has a 3 speed trans, twin stick transfer the frame is in great shape the body has been patched it has factory f134 hurricane 4 cylinder, it also has working pto, rear hitch and a tow bar, the top is in decent shape,tailgate works the windshield wiper works its far from perfect but for its age fires right up drives like a jeep 3000 obo call”

Bill shared this 1949 jeep that’s listed as a 2A, but appears to be a 3A. It includes a rear PTO and gearbox plus a Kelly 23-series hardtop. Note that at the bottom of the eBay ad the seller has included 5 different videos.

Will come with: T90 transmission- needs a full rebuild Dana 18 transfer case – needs a full rebuild Th350 auto transmission – good condition Np205 transfer case- good Np203 transfercase Extra rolling chassis for cj5 with lift kit.
