Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I’m not sure what’s sticking out the back of this jeep.
“43 GPW with gpw block, head and as far is i can tell drive line…
It last ran sept 2012 and then some one took my carb…
tub is what you see, frame needs work at the back end but is pretty solid.
lots of “F” parts. and has an “F” pinnal hook
I have the data tag, is rough but you can get the #’S
for those of you who know what this is, you know it is worth saving, GPW’s are getting exteemly hard to find in any condition

It runs, but has some rough spots.

“I have four good used Goodyear Wrangler XT Terra Tires, size 31X15.5X15 LT, on 15X15? rims, 5X5.5 Bolt Pattern. These were a farmers winter only tires on a jeep I bought. I don’t hit the mud so I don’t need them. Located in Cloverdale.”

It’s a running project.
“1948 Willys Jeep CJ-2A, clear title, this is a project!
It is complete but the windshield is need of repairs. New battery, plugs, wires, cap rotor, fuel pump, coil, etc. IT DOES RUN, it starts easily and will run and drive around however it has no brakes! So there will be no test drives.
It is complete and in good shape considering its age, but it does need some work before it can be put on the road. We just do not have the time to invest in it right now and its in the way at our shop. The parts alone are worth more than our asking price, we just dont want to be the ones to break it up considering it is all complete. How many of these do you see around!!!
Includes one set of road wheels and tires and one set of military wheels and tires.

The front bumper appears original, yet isn’t right for a CJ-2A.

1943 jeep title, clear and current,original 43 GPW body on willys frame setup for wrangler springs and a v8, current body is in rough shape but also included is a 46 dj3a body which is very clean and has no rust. Current body has 1/4″ diamond plate for the flooring.

“Frame has been cleaned up, tub needs a lot of work, but is original. comes with a best top soft top in ok condition and a wrangler roll bar that could be used in it. Also comes with some other extras to. This jeep is a project and is basically the leftovers from my jeep project, I was going to build a bogger out of it but just dont have the time.
No engine or trans, I have a radiator that would work for it . Super nice frame

“High hood flat fender Willys Jeep for sale! 90% original. Great condition, drives and runs strong. Power steering and power brakes. Everything is in working order. Original body no rust this is a California Jeep. Brand new tires, soft top and doors come with it. 8000 LB Warn winch with remote cable. I will accept a lessor amount if you do not want the winch. These winches are not cheap, look them up, it a model # 8274. Anyway questions? Or interested email me so you can see and drive it. This jeep has been very well maintained over its 60 years of life..”
