This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is a Jeep 1 ton truck. It is running and driving with a flatbed frame. I have too many projects and no time, so I must get rid of this one. My loss is your gain. 226 Super Hurricane inline 6 cyl, T-98 4 speed transmission, Dana 18 transfer case. There is no rust on this truck so it is ready for a restoration or modification as you see fit.”

“1952 Willys CJ-3A “JEEP” This is a running and driving project. The body is rough. This is a good candidate for a restoration. The odometer shows 75188. I have no idea what the total mileage is. It starts up and runs great. The float in the carb hangs up once in a while, so the carb will need rebuild. The electrical system was converted to 12 volt. It has a brand new battery. The electrical system will need some minor work. I have restored several of these great old trucks. I just do not have the time to do this one. With a little work it could be on the road as a “RAT ROD” I have a Maryland transferable title for this truck.”

The annual Willys America Open House was Saturday, July 13, 2013. Over one hundred Willys vehicles converged on the old lumber town of Cazadero nestled among the towering redwoods of the Russian River region of Sonoma County, California.
Once again, Paul Barry opened up his amazing restoration facility to Willys owners everywhere for his annual event. Willys enthusiast from all over the region, and some as far as the Eastern United States, came to the event. Well known names in the Willys World such as Harry & Jo Sheets from Indiana, and Bill Norris, who publishes the best calendars in the world, were there to enjoy a wide variety of Willys on display and to meet other enthusiasts.
Here are some folks caravanning north to the event. Just to their south the Golden Gate Bridge looms amongst a marine push.
Willys America houses the largest variety of unique Willys vehicles anywhere. There were personnel carriers, Mavericks, Sedan Deliveries, Jeepsters, Forward Control trucks, Jeeps built in Japan and the Philippines, military vehicles, ambulances, fire trucks, RR vehicles, just to name a few. There was even a 1943 Allis-Chalmers Snow Tractor powered by Willys (L4-134.)

This has a variety of updates.
“For sale 1947 Willys jeep cj2a with a fiberglass body…. I restored this jeep 6 years ago and I has about 2000 miles since then… The original 134 flat head engine was rebuilt .040 over and hardened valve seats were installed. the frame was sandblasted/ painted and everything was gone through. It is 12 volt with an alternator, the gauges were upgraded as were the bucket seats, and it has a rear mounted stainless fuel tank. It does have turn signals and I do have the wiper motors which are not installed”
