Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1962 CJ3B Willys High Hood Rebuilt original 134F engine by Action machine “0” miles, rebuilt tranny . I bought this from original owner 5or 6 years ago & did a frame off restoration
it has 72k original miles on it ,It was sitting in there garage not moved since 1980 befor I purchaced it, it is 95% complete it has a after market top I do have the original alluminum
top that came with it when purchaced new .The winch does not come with it it is my brothers.
Price is $9000.00 OBO. please do not contact me if not a serious buyer”

Charles wanted to share some pictures of his sharp 1952 CJ-3A from the Belgium Military. He’s added a few custom items such as the bezels. Looks great Charles!
Just look for the smile after Eric gets done driving. You can tell he is very pleased about saving this jeep.
He writes, “After several years of sitting and hard work behind a plow in West Virginia, I saved this Jeep from a fate worse than death. Now alleviated of it’s burden and with a rebuild carb, cleaned out fuel tank an fresh battery it now moves around as it should. It was great driving a CJ2A again after 30 years.”
You can see another ’46 he picked up that included a PTO and Lift, though it had no engine.

This fiberglass bodied jeep includes an overdrive. It hasn’t been touched in a while, but there appears to be value here.
“53 Willys Jeep. Project. Set up for small Chevy. 3 speed manual tranny. Dana 18 with Warn O/D. Fiberglass body. Stock Dana axles. Stock Willys frame. Has not ran in probably decades. Purchased by my late Father in the early 90’s, and put where it sits. Original Vin plate intact. Hasn’t been tagged since 1988. Definitely a project. Will NOT part out.
Was told the little Chevy in it, is a 327. But I have no way to confirm it. If interested, you would need to come look at it. Like I said, it’s a project. It’s being sold as is. Have not been able to find the title, but I am looking. It existed at one time. $1000 obo. The Vin alone is worth….”
