About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Older welder generator with willys industrial engine, this ran several years ago but is not in running condition today because I don’t have time for working on it, these generator welders were a staple before the smaller modern designs came along, being sold as is”
“Up for sale is the last of the great American Touring cars – the 1950 Willys Jeepster Phaeton. Car must be sold to cover bills as the owner is a cancer patient. If not sold the car will go to the estate and scrapped.
This car has been faithfully restored to the way it was when it left the factory – with a couple exceptions. Engine is the stock F-134 Hurricane and has been professionally overhauled, with less than ten miles on it.. Everything from front grill on back has been overhauled, repaired, or replaced, and works. New floor pans of the OEM type were installed. New paint has rarely seen sunshine and is a factory color scheme of Clear Maple and Black.
This looks solid. Originally a fire district jeep.
“I am selling a 1973 AMC Jeep CJ6 with a little over 6200 (not a typo) original miles on it. It was originally owned by a rural fire district. They sold it around 1990 to the man I bought it from. It had 2500 miles at that time. I bought it in 2000 when it had 4500 miles on it. I just haven’t been able to bring myself to drive it much. It also has the 304 V8 engine and a 3 speed manual. There is an old school 8000 lb Ramsey winch on the front. I put a 3 inch lift on it, and added 33″ tires and new wheels. There is no top of any kind but soft tops are still available for these. Just to clarify, this is a rare Jeep bodystyle (about 20″ longer than a CJ5) and it is an original, rust free steel body. The only partial trades i could be talked into would be old Scouts, Jeep Commandos or Wagoneers, Broncos, or full size Blazers. I am not interested in any consignment sales.”
I believe this runs. It has a military passenger fender. It’s got a nice cage. And it has an overdrive. It’s worth a look for sure. Not a great description.

Runs great, just tuned up, has headers, electric fan, Wilwood brake, clutch, and gas pedals, along with wildwood master cylinder and hydraulic clutch cylinder, Flaming River tilt steering column, low back factory style seats in great shape with 4 point harnesses, New best top and doors (no rips) later model front axel out of CJ 5, new brakes, tilt out front windshield, no rust, new springs with graspable shackles, black bed liner on engine compartment and tub, red bedliner on body, well built jeep, 4 wheel drive works great, clear title, perfect for town or the ranch.”
“Here we have a 1949 CJ2A. NO RUST . Rig spent its first 63 years in Eastern Oregon. Factory 134 Flat head, A lot of fun to drive and gets lots of thumbs up. I have had the Jeep for about 2 years it is pretty much stock. The only upgrades done to it are strickly for safety.
I had R and P install 11″ front Drums, and steering box upgrade to a 1971 CJ version. I also replaced all four springs with super lift 1″lift soft ride with U-bolts and shocks. I had the Radiator Rodded out last summer. And had some seat belts installed.
It was painted about 5-6 years ago and comes with the tow bar. For being 65 years old It looks pretty damn good. I have put about 130 miles on it mainly take to car shows and take kids out for ice cream during the summer. I’m somewhat flexible on price but from what I have seen on ewillys.com you are going to have to look for a long time before you find another one this nice in this price range.”
“For you true Jeep connoisseurs that know what you are looking at, up for sale is a rare VIN numbers matching 1974 Jeep CJ6 in good driving condition. I drove this Jeep back from Kentucky with no issues. This Jeep starts up every time with no issues and it has the 5.0L AMC 304, which has been enhanced a little, with the 3 speed T-15 transmission and a Dana 20 transfer case. It has a 27 spline Dana 30 front axle and a 30 spline Dana 44 rear axle. The tires are at 85% and the front brake lines were just replaced. The brake pads are good at around 90% and this Jeep is ready to get in and go! The floor boards are solid and the exterior needs some work. The current clutch works fine and I have a new in the box clutch for it as I do not know the age or remaining life of the current one and I have not had time to replace it. I would rather be safe than sorry. The 4WD does work and the locking hubs work well.
