My GI-Joe gun never went “BAM!”.
1948 Photo from China with Willys Truck on eBay
Marc found this unusual Willys export truck with extra carrying capacity. I thought it was a refrigeration unit of some kind, but the side reads “Pocket Testament Leage”. Maybe it is a variant of the Sprecksell body (see brochure in post below).
“Vintage 1948 Real Picture Post Card of two Chinese men from the Pocket Testament League posing with a Willys Jeep Panel truck or van. The condition is good with some loss to the front…you still get the idea. Great addition to any collection.”

1941 Photo of BRC-60 and Men with Rifles on eBay
I’ve never seen an original version of this press photo from February 6, 1941. Great photo! The use of the term “Might Midget” rather than jeep or blitz buggy is notable.
“This is an original press photo. Dept- US Army Service Corps, Credit – ACME & NEAPhoto measures 9 x 7inches. Photo is dated 02-6-1941.”
MINI-BEEP Kit from Struck-kit
UPDATE: Blaine forwarded the video for the Mini-Beep:
Struck-Kit offers what they call a Mini-Beep Kit, which you can use to build mini jeep-like vehicles. You can even build an amphibious version.
I’d Rather Push a Landrover T-shirt on eBay
I guess there’s a reason no one has wanted to bid $.99 for this . . .
“Excellent condition. Large logo on the front chest. Adult XL.”
1950 CJ-3A Long Beach, CA **SOLD**
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
This isn’t perfect, but it has a great vintage feel with the old top and posse tag. There are several Douglas Counties in different states, but I’m guessing this was from Nevada?
DID A BIRTHDAY VISIT PAST FEW DAYS IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA WITH COLLEGE BEST FRIEND OF OVER 40 YEARS AND FELLOW WILLYS JEEP ENTHUSIAST… WHEN I SHARED WITH HIM THAT I WAS LISTING MY 7 YEAR PROJECT DOING FULL MECHANICAL REBUILD(in another listing currently), HE ASKED ME TO DO THE SAME FOR HIM AS HE DID NOT NEED 2 JEEPS FOR HIS 5000 ACRE HUNTING RANCH.BEING OTHER CJ WAS ONE OF THE FIRST 5000 PRODUCED, I TOLD HIM TO PART WITH THIS ONE.
1945 MB Vista, CA **SOLD**
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
It’s not all stock, but has potential.
“1945 Willy’s Army Jeep
Daily Driver with a 1970’s restoration
Owned since the 1980’s
Was a radio jeep with capacitor box under dash on passenger side and a junction box for batteries right side of passenger seat
Has the Original canvas top, steering wheel, gauges, chassis, body, fire extinguisher and lined battle helmet. The canvas top has a tear on top and where it connects to the drivers side area
Missing the gas tank, the vehicle was operated with a plastic gas tank in back of vehicle like a small boat. Also missing is the 6 volt battery….the car is started with a 12 volt battery then disconnected when driven. There are some extra parts in back along with original issue tail lights
There is a clear title showing ownership from the 1980’s to present
This vehicle has been garaged on and off in it’s life ….looks like it just came off the battle field now.
Everything works except the gas gauge due to no gas tank
The engine smokes a little now.
If you can send me a digital address…..I can send a few video’s (AVI)of the jeep running and the engine sounds.”
