Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Body is rough and the indents are missing/filled in, but it runs.

“1947 Willys CJ-2A
Project vehicle. Original parts, serial numbers are all correct for model
and original on Jeep. Body tag number matches frame tag number. Tailgate
number matches body brace number. Engine number is proper number for mfg
year. Does not run, but engine turns over manually. Correct period wheels
(5). Gauges all original. Original seat frames. Complete windshield frames,
w/ lollipop style hinges. Original starter with older 12v generator.
Original fuel pump, is proper number for mfg year. Replacement front floor
pans and braces. Few NOS OEM parts included. Clean NV title in hand, no
plates. Some body rust. Side body tire mount.”
It needs some work.

It’s a ’47 on a 74 frame.
“Trying to sell or trade my 1947 willy’s jeep truck creation. I say creations because it’s a 47 body sitting on a 74 wagoner frame. Amc 360 with three speed on the floor. Four wheel drive with locking hubs. All parts work correctly. Runs great does not burn oil. Asking 6000$ or trade/best offer. Thank you for your time.”

“I have a set of 15×10 turbine style wheels, they are a 5 on 5.5 lug pattern, so they will fit any pre 97 ford half ton, some dodges, and suzukis. They have 33-12.5 bfg trail t/a’s on them with tons of tread, but they are old and dry cracked. All hold air. Would be a good set of rollers or offroad tires. These are old school mag wheels, will come with the lug nuts”

“Just used for hunting does run but need thing done first Main thing is gas tank but can be an easy convert to a boat gas tank next on the list will be breaks Price will be negotiable but not by much motor runs great transmission is on the better side of great clutch is good would have to mess with it one with just need gas tank and breaks and the will to hunt or restore will send pictures when asked for them and does have the original hub caps thank you”
