Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: Was $6500. **SOLD**
The price is for both. The CJ-2A has a MB/GPW body.
“Hi. I’m selling my 1946 jeep willys. Not running but complete. And a 1978 Jeep CJ5 that runs but needs minor body work and a Fuel tank. I am asking $6500 for the both but would rather trade for 1997-2002 Jeep Wrangler. Must run as it will be my daily driver.”
The seller notes that though the body looks a little rough, it’s not all rusted out.
“For sale a 1948 Willys CJ2A NO TITLE engine spins over have not heard it run yet. Body is in fair to poor shape does have four original 16 inch wheels. Trans does not move from neutral.”

“I am looking to sell my Rare 1951 Willys Jeep Panel Wagon (2WD). I am the original owner clean California title in hand. The Jeep has been sitting for several years needs to be gone through from front to back. Jeep has a Buick 231 V6 with a 3 speed trans ( 3 on the tree ) motor was running when parked (started lasted in 2012)”
