“Here is a willys overland f block engine with what seems to a some experimental engineering . There is what looks like direct injection at the spark plugs and it seems to be an early flathead with and overhead valve conversion. . I’m not a willys expert but this is what I’m gathering from my research on this one . It’s definitely some engineers dream and well done of you ask me . Come take a look at it of your interested. ”
UPDATE: This collection is still available

“For Sale: 1964 Willys Truck 4X4(Time Machine): S/N 2406F11452. I bought this truck from the oringial owners estate in Atlanta,Ga. in the early ’90s restored it. Brought it to Fla. in 1999 when I moved. Orinigal engine got tired(still have it) so I replaced it(2007) with a fresh 1968 302ci out of a ’69 Mustang project I bought drove it a little(500mi or less) then parked it and moved on to other projects. Been sitting since 2008. Was going to mess with it but starter went out. Had the stater rebuilt but havn’t installed it. Squirrels got to spark plug wires, so havn’t had it running! Have pics of oringial owner with truck etc. Has 1965 topper on it. Great project. $3500obo..Best to CALL! Cell#813-787-6689. If this add is up it’s still for sale. Thanks for looking.”
UPDATE**SOLD** Was $2500.
Steve’s friend is selling this jeep. It has a 2A body.
“1950-51 Willys Military M38. The tub is off a 46 CJ2a. It is still 24 volt. The frame, grill, engine, drivetrain, and Arctic Top are all original m38. It has a new fuel tank and sender, new waterproof ignition parts, water pump. It also comes with new steering parts, new brake parts and master cylinder. The seat frames are painted and it has new od green canvas covers. The aluminum hard top is an original military overland “Arctic Top”. The ignition parts have been replaced and the carb has been rebuilt. The engine runs and I have driven it around the parking lot, but the brakes do not work (there are new brake parts included). The Tub has some rust, but the rest of the body is in decent shape. I had planned to replace the tub with an original M38 tub whenever I found one. This is a great restoration project. It is currently titled as a 1946 CJ2a. $2500 OBO
We were told when we bought it that it was used on the Boone, IA reserve base many years ago.
Email with question and I can give you my number and we can talk about it.
Not looking for trades. Thankyou”
