About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1960 Willys Jeep CJ 3B, Hurricane motor with 3 speed gear box. Starts every time runs great, I was told by the previous owner that the motor was completely rebuilt less than 3000 miles ago. Custom built rear bumper, rear is removable by removing two pins or can swing away to either side. 4×4 works great two stick tranfer case. 5.36 gears with open differentials. Headlights high/low, tail lights and brake lights all work. Heater works. 4 wheel disc brakes. Bikini top included. Jeep drives good down the road with a top speed around 45 -50 mph. 3 inch lift springs with 32×9.50×15 TSL Super Swampers on black steel wheels. The parking brake has not been hooked up yet, but I have the parts included to do so. Over all the jeep is in fair condition, yes it has rust in the body, but the floors are solid, and the jeep is structuraly sound. I DO NOT have a title, Georgia DOES NOT require a title for a vehicle this old, The Jeep is currently registered and insured in Georgia and will be sold with a bill of sale and a copy of the registration. If you have any questions please ask, thanks for looking. You can call me at 404 409 4303, if you are interested in the Jeep. All new bearings and seals in rear end. New Bearings, King pin bearings, and seals in front end. Rebuilt steering box. Here is a video of the jeep running http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZabRbgPKMbs The stinger front bumper and winch are not included in the auction, if you are interested please let me know.

It seems the weather gods are attempting to thwart our nice, though quick, tour of Manhattan. For the moment we are hanging out in the Trump Tower Starbucks. I’m sipping some hot chocolate and Ann is enjoying some kind of coffee mixture. Hopefully, the rain will let up soon for the remainder of our trek to my great aunt’s, where we will spend the night and share pictures.
No updates tonight. Probably none until Thursday evening late. Here we are in Times Square.
We have almost reached the eastern most point of our trip, Madison, Ct. We are almost at the 3700 mile mark. In fact, we are just about out of land, so I guess that means it is time to turn around and head east again. I still have reports to file about my visit with Terry, Andy, and Wallis, so stay tuned for more updates. Here are a few random pictures from the past few days:
On Saturday, in between cruising a few stores at the Eastview Mall in PIttsford, NY, and riding the carousel, I spotted this Christmas ready flattie at their toy store.
I had never ridden a two story carousel, so I Ann and I hopped aboard for a ride and a picture.
