Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Prior to last month’s parade at Butler, Gerald, his father, brother and nephew got their jeeps lined up for pictures. Pretty cool!

Rumor has it this might have been Charles Schulz’s Wagon.
“I have a 1948 willys wagon overland for sale. it does not run and is all original needs restoring. Its is 2 wheel drive and i do not have any paper work on it. The person i got it from said it came from snoma county and belonged to charles schulz. It has snoppy drawn on each side”

Bob reports that this year’s Northern Ohio Flatfender Gathering was a success. He writes, “We had 24 Willys Jeeps this year. It was a great time and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Next year we may simplify the food, add windshield tags that kind of thing. The rain held off until 3:45!”

Somehow, my search results yielded an ad in Japan. The jeep images look like the intermountain west, probably Colorado if I had to guess (based on the license plate).
