About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
There might be some value here, but not a whole lot.

“1946 CJ 2A Willys Jeep frame, rear axle, transmission, transfer case, L-head engine block and head, hood, two fenders, grill, and 4 -16″ tires and rims. Body is in tough shape but the front clip portion is generally good. The engine will need rebuilding and does not run Also have many parts including 6 v generator, voltage regulator, coil, headlights, and starter. I also have 2 front seat frames and other misc. parts for CJ 2A Willys. If interested, email me with a phone number and I will call you.”
Debbie, you and I need to talk. Seriously. I mean, to claim this is “Unadulterated” is a bit of a stretch, don’t you think? I know it is a big word, but, still, I feel like I have a pretty solid grasp of the concept and this isn’t it.
“A fine unadulterated example of the CJ2A model from the last year they were manufactured. It has an older Emerald Green paint job that’s year appropriate and looks fine at 20 feet, but is peeling in places. The body and frame are very solid, showing only light surface rust and no rust penetrations. It starts easily, runs and drives well, the 4-cyl flathead “Go Devil” engine is strong and blows clean. The electrical system has been converted to 12-volt for reliability.
The jeep has been barn kept for the past 10 years and used around the farm to pull garden equipment. This jeep would make a great summer driver as-is, and is the perfect candidate for a simple restoration to make it a 10.
To view and drive please call Debbie at 802-877-9291″
(07/21/2011) This looks like a good price. I suspect the engine has been swapped out.
