Here’s an interesting photo. That looks like a home wooden hardtop. I can’t tell what the letters on the front of the windshield spell.

The jeeps aren’t really big, but there appears to be a flattie, a CJ-5 and a wagon or truck.
“WEST YELLOWSTONE, MONTANA — Circa. 1960 Street view with Chevy and Jeep autos parked in front of a STANDARD OIL Co. Gas Station. Chevron, Conoco, and Texaco gas station signs can be seen in the view. The card is unused — very good+ condition. It’s a dandy view for your automobile/gas station post card collection.”

I happened across this beautiful wagoneer. It looks like a great price. We thought seriously about this one.

“THIS WELL MAINTAINED AND REBUILT JEEP IS A WWII VINTAGE JEEP
THAT WAS BUILT BY WILLY’S ON DEC 23, 1942. SERIAL # OF JEEP IS 197749.
THE JEEP HAS BEEN IN THE FAMILY SINCE THE 1970’S.
THE ENGINE IS THE ORIGINAL 4 CYLINDER REBUILT BY WILLAMETTE PARTS
IN EUGENE. THE MAINS ARE .020 AND THROWS ARE .030. THE STEERING BOX,
TRANSMISSION, BRAKES ARE ALL REBUILT. A NEW TOP WAS PUT ON AT
THAT TIME AND JEEP PAINTED. HAS ALWAYS BEEN INSIDE AND COVERED
IN A STORAGE SHED. MOST OF THE WORK WAS DONE IN 1985 AND SINCE THEN
I WOULD GUESS THAT IT HAS NOT HAD MORE THAN 2,000 MILES PUT ON IT.
IT ALSO HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO 12 VOLT SYSTEM. ALL TAIL LIGHTS, BRAKE
LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS,AND RADIO WORK WELL. HAS TACK, SPEEDOMETER AND ALL GAUGES
AND THEY ALL WORK EXCEPT THE FUEL. BEFORE WE BOUGHT IT SOMEONE PUT A
ROLLOVER BAR ON IT. I HAVE A SERVICE MANUAL THAT GOES WITH IT.”
This might be worth a look.

“This is a 1949 Willys CJ2a with original running gear L134 4cyl t-90 Trans converted to 12v. Has a 1943 mb front end and m38 top. Dressed as a 1943 Willys MB. WWII. Has replica M1919a4 Gun. This is not a full restoration. Great for parades. The previous owner repaired the rust/ replaced the floor.
It really needs the correct seats and military tires to finish the look. I love this old Jeep but it needs a new home.
Also comes with a nice MB fold down windshield. Extra, low hour l134 industrial motor and 90% complete 1943 willys MB with title (body is rusted out) has the l134 still in it and t-84 trans all axles and drivelines”
The rear end is bad and it is missing the motor.
